The ubiquity of the internet, that comes with a voice interface, creates a lot of chances for marketers, new shopping scenarios and a completely new way of customer interaction for brands. This presentation will show a lot of examples for voice marketing, services or products and will outline the differences between eCommerce and Voice commerce.
